A new company, Terralink Systems, Inc., (TSI) has recently been incorporated in the State of Maine. Terralink Systems, Inc., (TSI) holds the legal rights, title and interest in and to certain personal property of Terralink Software Systems, Inc., including without limitation, all “Terralink” software (and source code), the copyrights and all other intellectual property rights embodied therein. Terralink Systems, Inc., (TSI) will be fully functional by mid-January, 2007.

The new company, Terralink Systems, Inc., (TSI), is led by Chief Information Officer, Jon N. Vespa. Jon has over fourteen years (1984 to 1998) of experience in the environmental industry, working in key positions for Clean Harbors Inc., Westinghouse Environmental Services, and ENPRO Services, Inc. For the last eight years (1998 – 2006) Jon immersed himself in web-based technologies as a sole proprietor consultant advising small to medium sized companies in all aspects of internet management. Jon’s background provides a unique mix of credentials to manage the future of Terralink software products.

Jon is backed by a staff of seasoned IT professionals who are thoroughly familiar with existing Terralink software programs. Chief Programmer Joel Ferris will be instrumental in providing stability and future development of existing and new products. Joel is supported by Programmer Phil Friedman who will manage the conversion of data from outdated systems over to current and future platforms. Both Joel and Phil are familiar names for existing Terralink users and are recognized expert programmers. Additional programmers and a customer support team including new and familiar names will be added in the coming weeks.

The former company, Terralink Software Systems, Inc., was incorporated in the State of Delaware and its authority in the State of Maine and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts was revoked. There is no common ownership in Terralink Systems, Inc., and Terralink Software Systems, Inc.

Please be advised that neither Ted Fuller the President of Terralink Software Systems, Inc., nor Terralink Software Systems, Inc., are involved in Terralink Systems, Inc., (TSI). Mr. Fuller is responsible for the fate and liabilities of Terralink Software Systems, Inc. Terralink Software Systems, Inc., and Mr. Fuller have no right, no title and no interest in any Terralink software (and source code) and the copyrights and all other intellectual property rights embodied therein. Those assets now belong to the new company, Terralink Systems, Inc., (TSI).
